Basic Breadmaker Pizza Dough
Dry Wet 1.25c AP Flour 1c Liquid 1.25c Wheat Flour 2tbs Sweet 2.5tsp Yeast 1tsp sel 1tbs fat
I used butter for the fat. Once your dough is done its cycle, punch it down and tighten into a ball on a floured surface. Place the ball into an oiled bowl and lightly oil the top. Cover with plastic wrap and stick in the microwave for half an hour or so until doubled in size.
Punch down onto floured surface and do what pizza you wanna do!
